While the incoming administration is aiming to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA), that will take some time – and in the meantime, it’s still in force. This webinar provides a brief history of ACA, looks at the impact it will have on the filing of 2016 tax returns, and discusses its fate under President Trump.
Tax reform is inevitable, so what can taxpayers expect to see in the upcoming months? The webinar will discuss hot topics coming out of Washington as it relates to tax reform, including the 21st Century Cures Act. Lastly, the presenter will take a look at some tax season reminders for tax practitioners and answer some participant questions.
